2.Design capability in ALL INONE, one bigger size die head with several small die core/die cap,like LD250mm two layer die head with HD150mm die core, diecap

3.Diameter of die head is from30mm to 1500mm MORE, width maximum 5000mm MORE

4. LLDPE/LDPE can be used inone mould, HDPE&LDPE can be used in one mould aswell

5.Design for every client,OEM/ODM available, absolutely conform with customer originalperipheral equipments like extruder, blower..etc.

6.To attain OUTPUT inquiry fromcustomers under assessing following conditions:
 Film width, thickness(micron), the screw of size extruder,the power of extruder compulsory pressure using(BAR), the power ofblower(HP)

Cooling system like two layer Air Ring using,IBC system, Other peripheral equipments specification, heater bandvoltage, motor reducing ratio( with, without inverter)

7.Design COMPLETE SET selectedcompatible items as follows to assess, make sure client outputdemand qty, blow up ratio(BUR) at the best extent:
Die head size, smaller die core and cap, air ring type and size,air ring insert, IBC cooling system, rotary base mechanism withgear, with motor reducer, screen changer, durable filter. 
Die cart with diffuser with wheels, horizontal adaptor, steadystick(bubble guide rod)

8.One year warranty excludinghuman damage and natural disaster.
